I wish there was a no star option. Terrible. We ordered a spray for my father's funeral and they did not have it in on time. 3 more arrangements were ordered and they could not complete any of the orders by the time of the service. My boyfriend and I purchased one separate arrangement aside from the spray and they sent a plastic vase of colorful wild flowers instead of the white roses we ordered. I ordered a colorful (mainly purple) bouquet to give my 8 year old daughter @ her award ceremony. I specifically asked for a BOUQUET not an arrangement. I got: not 1 twig of purple only pink & white- hardly colorful & it was in a huge ugly pink vase. How is an 8 year old going to hold that while accepting her award? I didn't have time to dispute the contents. They offered to wrap it as a bouquet & took it in the back room where they bad mouthed ME for not specifying an "arm" bouquet. THEY FAILED TO DELIVER FLOWERS...TWICE! I ordered flowers for my niece's graduation and they were NOT DELIVERED on the scheduled day or the day after. Two days went by and THEY DID NOT CALL ME to let me know they had trouble delivering. (My family was home all day to prepare for the party, but they said they had tried. I verified they had the correct address, their cell number, and mine.)
