the service here is amazing me and my friend got free water and bags
I wish I could leave a 0 star review but it won’t let me I went here right at 11 and with no exaggeration waited 25 minutes for my food. Whoever owns this location you should be ashamed. Your employees walking in late. Having conversations with friends. In the span of 25 minutes I had to go to the drive thru. Inside order, go back to the drive thru repay my orders then continue to wait for another 8 minutes. And still there was no apology for the wait time or a thank you for waiting. I can’t believe the lack of service here.
Food is good but service is slow. Online order placed and it still took over 20 minutes from the time my order was placed to get my food (and this is not unusual - didn’t order ahead? Be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes in the drive thru, whether it’s busy or not).
