Went for the $1.99 promotion last week, went for people at work, wanted 3 big marys, was told can only have 2, had to pay the full $10 for the 3rd one. I got 3 very dried out, one had no batter on the chicken. I have never until that day, had a bad Big Mary. That I had to pay full price for the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had from Mary Browns is maddening. I hope it is not the norm for this location to serve dried breadless chicken on a bun.
Less than willing to fix issues of wrong orders. After your already home. Check you food before you leave Staff unsure how to listen when taking orders. I won't be returning after two visits within a week being horrible experiences. Emailed as per stated by owner and still haven't heard back.
