This is our third order from this location. The first two orders were excellent. This order was not. The mashed potatoes and gravy were lukewarm. The chicken dry and not freshly made and barely warm. Very disappointing. I picked up the food right after it was bagged and was home within five minutes. I don’t think we will return to this location for another order.
My last order did not arrive. A confirmation photo showed delivery left on doorstep of a wrong house. The location manager (West Lethbridge) was unapologetic, unhelpful, and insisted I contact Uber Eats for a refund despite ordering directly from Mary Brown's website. When I asked if my credit card had been shared with Uber Eats (for this refund) he would not clarify yes or no. I have reached out to corporate for this information and am waiting for a response. Tied with Hankki for friendliest staff, love y'all. Great big Mary sandwich when you add spicy mayo. Can I just gush over how great the Mary Brown's app is? My points never expire, I get prompted to use points for items I'm already ordering, can reorder things I've ordered before with saved customizations, no hiccups.
