I would give this place 0 stars if Google allowed it. We walked in and stood waiting far longer than we should have before anyone acknowledged us. When the employee finally responded, the service was inattentive and unprofessional, and we didn’t feel welcomed or valued as customers. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I hope they improve their customer service.

There was no one available to process an order. We waited at the counter for 10 to 15 minutes, but no staff member was present to assist us.

Visited the place recently and must say I left very disappointed indeed. I wanted to use the restroom and I was informed that it would require me to make a purchase first. Okay, a little bit unusual perhaps, but all good. So, I bought something small from the counter and then when I returned to ask again, the employee informed me that it actually required me to buy a full meal, sit and eat the meal prior to getting access to the rest room.
