1-Star Review Very disappointing experience at Mary Brown’s today at approximately 8:00 PM. The male staff member standing at the cash counter refused to let me use the washroom and told me that it was “not for the public.” I understand that businesses may have policies regarding washroom use, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service. I would give this place 0 stars if Google allowed it. We walked in and stood waiting far longer than we should have before anyone acknowledged us. When the employee finally responded, the service was inattentive and unprofessional, and we didn’t feel welcomed or valued as customers. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I hope they improve their customer service.
