Worst customer service ever and bad food quality
Always fresh and amazing food, the service could be little better especially customer interaction But overall amazing food
First time last week good. This week no. Guy at the window tried to charge us $12 for a $7 order. Questioned it and it was fixed but we were given attitude and a back-handed compliment🤣 will drive the 10 minutes to the other location next time.
I've been coming to this location for years for one reason and one reason only... The owner Yawer. (Ok maybe I'm addicted to fried chicken too!) Not only is he friendly and caring, but he takes time out to to get to know his customers. I've gone in (on good days and bad) for some comfort food, and he's always there ready to serve up some chicken and talk me up to put me in a good mood. Food Sat on counter over 10min. while the guy behind the counter was doing who knows what. The girl that took my Order got it wrong found out when I got it home. Chuck was dry and tasted funny, it was old oil I think. Will never go there again.
