Used to like ordering here, but lately I have noticed a decline in service quality and product size. It's like they are trying to follow KFC failed scheme: reduce portion sizes hoping customers wouldn't notice. But it will catch up with them. I'll try them once more. If the trend continues, I'll stop patronizing Mary Browns.
Great chicken as always!! But very bad customer service! Paid extra for salads did not receive them nor when opened box got the right amount of chicken ordered
I was really disappointed with the fried chicken. It was completely drenched in oil—every bite felt heavy and greasy instead of crispy and satisfying. The coating wasn’t light or crunchy at all; it just soaked up oil like a sponge. Even after letting it sit, there was visible oil pooling on the plate, which made it unappetizing. The flavor was overwhelmed by the grease, making it hard to enjoy anything else. Definitely not the quality I was expecting.
The service was slow unfortunately. They were really busy, which is fine, but we placed our order online 30 minutes earlier and still waited for 10 minutes once we arrived. The chicken tasted good but was very very oily. Ive never seen oil dripping out of the bag like I did from Mary Browns. Not sure ill go back again unfortunately.
