very slow with processing prescriptions . i have been over seven days for them to full one medication. i call them and all they said was its being filled.
OK Wife got out of surgery. I was sent to the ninth floor then they said no it’s the eighth floor now they said it’s the seventh floor. I feel like I’ve lost my wife like a set of luggage. Communication was good for surgery but afterwards it dropped.
This is the most efficiently ran hospital I’ve ever seen with the friendliest staff, despite the thousands of patients they deal with. Bravo, Mayo Clinic! Thank you for taking exceptional care of me!
