As a parent, I left this experience feeling extremely concerned and uncomfortable with Dr. Nathaniel Lee and this clinic. I brought my underage son in for a wellness visit and clearly stated there was no need for a physical exam. I was told to step out of the room at no point was I informed that he would be questioned about sexuality or undergo an intimate exam. Nickeling and Diming families if a single question is asked or mentioned during a well-child visit. This occurs even if you tell them that you will come back for an additional visit if need be and to stop if they are going to bill you separately. We were assured that we would not be billed beyond a well-check and this was a blatant lie. We were charged $150 after being told that they would not up-code. Go somewhere you can trust because you can't trust this practice.
We love Dr. Garcia and the team at Maple Valley Pediatrics Mary Bridge. They have cared for our son since he was 3 days old managing his jaundice, recognizing a dangerous infection and sending him to the ER, and providing the most sensitive and supportive care through all his health challenges. So thankful for his healthcare team!
I've never felt compelled to write a review before, but after my recent experience, I feel like I need to share.. I’ve had positive experiences at this office with other providers (Dr. Lawson, in particular, was very kind) and the front office staff has always been prompt and helpful. However, we have completely lost trust in my child’s primary care provider, Erin Wattles. I have been taking my kids here since 2021. I absolutely love it! I moved to Kirkland a year ago and I wasn’t happy with the provider I had in Kirkland, so I chose to come back here and I honestly don’t regret it! It is worth the 50 min drive for me. Definitely recommend!
