We had an excellent experience at Mary Bridge Children’s Urgent Care in Tacoma. The staff was friendly, compassionate, and professional from the moment we arrived. Everyone took the time to explain what was happening, answer our questions, and make the entire visit feel calm and reassuring. Took my kids here to be seen and it was done in a timely manner for both my children. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend taking your children here if you want a smooth and time saving experience.
My first experience at this location was fantastic. The NP we saw was kind and thorough, and we were in and out quickly enough with an answer and a plan. My second experience was a very opposite interaction. The doctor came into the room and started a casual conversation before telling me for 5 minutes that a runny nose is nothing to worry about, his tone was kind yet condescending, as if I was just being a paranoid mom, and it felt like we were going to be sent home without having any questions answered.
