If I could give this department 0 stars I would. We haven't even seen the doctor yet, so I am hoping that experience will be better once it comes. As of now- Devon who answers the phone at this clinic is about as rude as a secretary can be. She lacks ability of comprehension of reason for your call, states office policies over and over and shows no empathy whatsoever. I had a wonderful experience working with Angela Kenny. She not only listens, but she listens in a way that truly makes you feel heard. My daughter was recently diagnosed with autism, and although I had suspected something was off for years, it was reassuring to finally get confirmation. Her primary doctor referred us to this location, and while the wait was long, it seemed to go by quickly. Horrible. Dr. Kellerman is cold and doesn't communicate with parents. Hasnt taught my daughter anything in biofeedback. Didn't even tell me that my daughter needed no more appts. She is unapproachable and rude from the very start. I will never recommend anyone to see her. If you want any kind of help for your child don't schedule with her.
Best mental hospital I've ever been to, the staff actually cares about the patients and want to help, and they are REALLY lgbtq+ friendly!
1 day maybe 6 months ago i took 100 pills of benadryl. Well i had to stay here for 2 weeks but it actually wasnt bad. They had good food i got to socialize with some other kids. And i got the nickname skips because i would skip back and forth the halls we got along well and the workers here are super nice.
