I’ve been taking my kids here for over a decade. I would have recommended them for great care and service prior to the Mary bridge takeover and the main two providers leaving, but now I’m currently seeking referrals to take my kids elsewhere. Every time I call I am immediately placed on hold, often for 10 minutes or more and have to go. Doctors and MA's are great. Front office needs a bit of help. 13 min hold times this AM with short/ curt communication. They need an outside call center for appointment setting. Now 17 mins. I've hung up and called back. Said hold on just a sec. That was 6 mins ago. This place has so much potential, just needs some tweeking.
Idk what’s up with the phones, but it is absolutely 20 plus calls and then a voicemail and dupposed to wait two days for a response when my sons appointment is TODAY! And he has Flu A! Trying to help not spread this around the community!!!! Hardest thing to even get ahold of our doctors even in emergencies!!!! Even when they are open!
I like this doctor office but the front desk needs a talking to. Last week I called to make an appointment after 8am. I was met with a woman shouting through the phone to put me on hold. I don't mind being put on hold but I didn't care to be shouted at through the phone. This isn't the first time it's happened either. If you don't like talking to people and don't know how to be polite, don't be a front desk person.
