Loved seeing Dr. Barer up until her retirement, and Megan Cuevas has been WONDERFUL. Really, can't recommend Megan Cuevas enough. The front desk and billing, they've been terrible ever since the practice was bought out by Multicare, just like the 1-star reviews say. But we have had much better experiences with the front desk in the last 6 months, probably just the individuals working being lovely despite the working conditions.
I took my teens here for new patient visits with Dr. Weber and had a fantastic experience. I feel like we're in very good hands. Dr. Weber was empathetic and a great listener, and explained everything very clearly to both me and my teens, and made a real effort to get to know them holistically even in a brief period of time. I felt like she took time with us and we weren't rushed. The front desk personnel and the medical assistant were also very professional and courteous.
I want to begin by saying Dr. Hagen MD, Brittany Goff DNP, and the other nursing staff were highly professional and excellent providers that we enjoyed! This review is based on administrative and organizational hurdles, not on providers. The problem with this practice is that they are a MultiCare facility and are massively understaffed. For example a simple two month old vaccination and checkup was bumped more than a month due to zero providers available (MD/DO, PACs, or APRNs).
