My son was hit by a car and he broke his tibia. When we went to the Covington MultiCare ER, the doctor came in looking at his fracture and knew that he would need surgery. He told us he was waiting for the Mary Bridge Ortho surgeons response. They said to reduce his leg and try to set it. They tried the bone would just pop out of place. The sounds were awful. Update: Mary Bridge processed the review on September 26, but tried contacting us via text at a landline on a number from an old chart over 9 years old and not the contact information on the referral. Then started a new chart with a mispelled last name. Neither if which triggered any type of contact via the contact information on the Referral.
