I attempted to call to find out if medication management (and a medication review) was an available service for patients (calling to find out for my mother who is incapable of calling on her own) and was told that they would only speak with my mother "since she is an adult." When I tried to explain my mother could not call on her own, the receptionist just kept cutting me off and telling me my mother would need to call. Ok. Thanks for your help. I'll go elsewhere.
