We’ve had the best experience following with this practice for both of our kids! The staff are all so kind and friendly, and all of the providers are knowledgeable and eager to listen to any questions and concerns! Can’t imagine going anywhere else for our care!
We’ve had an amazing experience with Ideal Pediatrics for both of our children. Highly recommend!
We are still somewhat new with Dr. O’hara but pleased with the care for our son & reception by the entire staff, thus far…thank you! Please keep it up.
We have been coming to this practice for three years now. Today we had Dr. O’Hara she was amazing. Her bedside manner was great along with just going out of her way to ask how my daughters JIA was doing. The whole staff is friendly and kind. I highly recommend checking them out.
Both Dr. O'Hara and her CPNP Emily are the BEST providers a parent can find! Dr. O'Hara has taken care of both of my step daughters and my oldest son. Emily has typically seen my oldest son and now is seeing my baby. I can't say enough about Emily as she has been spot on with my son, Blake's, conditions. The practice is thorough and wants only the best for their patients. They listen to what you say and will help you understand the reasons for their care. My children are my world, and if they are sick, I know that Dr. O'Hara... read more
My kids were to receive their flu shots & at the confirmation call I realized that this wouldn’t be in an exam room, due to COVID. I didn’t feel comfortable with my adult to child ratio & the setup, so I cancelled & said I’d have to figure it out. I received a letter, terminating my care with Ideal Pediatrics b/c I was “unhappy” with my care. I called & was told 1)You cancelled the appt and mentioned you might have to figure something else out or go elsewhere for the shot. 2)I had one of my kids seen at the office years ago ... read more
I love Dr. O'Hara and her whole staff of PA's and nurses. I have been bringing my girls for almost 4 years. I love the consistency of her staff and how kind and calm the environment is. Visit spent with the provider doesn't feel rushed. Dr. O'Hara also has a mind like an elephant and I'm always surprised about the personal details she remembers about my daughter's. I highly recommend.
My child developed a chronic respiratory issue & needed to be seen somewhat regularly at. We began to request that our child be seen by Dr. O'hara instead of of the PA's. After our most recent apt today, we learned that Dr. O'Hara would not be available for the next follow up apt in 1 week, so we agreed to schedule with the PA again. We received a call from Ashley at IDEAL this afternoon conveying that Dr O'hara has discharged both of our children from care effective immediately for refusing to see the PA's. We requested to ... read more
Business response:
I spoke directly with the child's father by phone. He agreed my staff treated and diagnosed his daughter properly. He still wanted to see only me and was offered an appointment the following day with me. He refused the appointment. The reason for the discharge was not as he stated. Our office makes every effort to accommodate parents but unfortunately not every situation can be resolved and when trust is broken and aggression cannot be quelled it is best to part ways.
After taking my son to Ideal for a minor issue, one of the PA’s in this practice caused an injury to my child that required additional medical care. Dr. O’Hara refuses to speak to me concerning the issue. She would not come to the phone or return my call. After several calls requesting a call from her, the girl who answered the phone flat out told me not to expect a call back. I can not be comfortable with someone caring for my child who doesn’t even care about an injury caused in her office.
