Great doctor. Never rushes you and answers all your questions. The office personnel are all very professional and efficient. Be on time because they will be ready for you. I never have to wait any significant amount of time.
Doctor Lansing & staff are excellent. After examining me late in the day, my doctor sent me to an ophthalmologist at the end of the day, The ophthalmologist , who also didn't know me, examined me & called Doctor Lansing. She heard his evaluation of my condition and made an EXTRA effort to see me the next morning. After a very thorough examination, she repaired a retinal tear. She and EVERYONE on her staff are excellent professional, pleasant human beings. I was and remained grateful & impressed
I have been Doc Lansing's patient for well over a decade, since I first developed diabetic retinopathy. She has consistently treated me with gentle care and good humor, and her expertise - and that of her staff - has allowed me to see clearly, as I travel, enjoying life as a retiree. I cannot give her office a higher reco than five stars =------ but I would if I could. She and her staff are actually a pleasant, enjoyable visit for me, , and I think they're the best at their profession.
