She took exceptional time and care with my son. He had not been to the doctor since Covid, so he was trepidatious. The staff was patient and kind through our process. Our nurse was perfect, getting us prepped and kept the mood light as we got up to date on our vaccinations. Dr. Horrall is the type of doctor that listens, provides options, and listens to the family. I appreciate her and the team's care
Terrible organization with uneducated unprofessional staff who hate people! Employees practice racism and discrimination there. The receptionist at the registration desk said "NO" to a 3 y.o. child who came with pain to see the pediatrician, dr. Horrell! She said she have papers to fill in and we had to come earlier. We came about 10 minutes prior the appointment. It was enough time to fill the documents in! The scheduler never mentioned any documents!
