So glad we moved in! The property is well maintained and cared for. It's quiet, there is a lovely outdoor dog park and everyone has been so friendly.
Since moving into this building in Feb.2025 the property managers have proven to be excellent at their job in communication and repairs. The building itself is clean and well maintained and quiet. At certain time the year different activities are going involving the residents. Between the work of property managers and the building owners ideas a high rating can be justified.
Really pleased with the efforts provided here! I've never known a building to be fun to live in, but this one is run by people who are in it for the community and their tenants. One of the elevators is under construction so to make up for waiting time the building does bingo games that are posted in the elevator, raffles during certain times of the year, they literally had an ice cream truck scheduled to park at the building one day for free icecream cones! Breaking wallpaper, beaten carpet. Also fix the audio comm system in the foyer, it plays a voice-mail message upon phoning certain rooms. No communication
