Avoid at all costs. If I could give this office zero stars I would. I showed up 7/18 for an 11am appointment. After an hour we were told that it would be a minimum of an additional 45 minutes to an hour. I went to reschedule and was asked by the receptionist if I could take an opening they had today, 7/19 at 3:30and accepted. I took of work AGAIN, drove another 30 minute to be told that he scheduled me for the following Friday. I've been seeing MaryAnn for many years. Her years of experience give me confidence trusting her to know just what I need. Not too much, but a natural and graceful appearance during my aging process. My only regret is I wish I would have started earlier, but I'm extremely pleased with my maintenance results as I age in my 60's. Thank you MaryAnn and CAD.
Mary Ann Staley was great however waited 45 minutes to be escorted to room and another 15 when got to room. Then found out that the appt had been booked as something different than I had requested. Frustrating. Was told us was front desk/admin shortage. Mary Ann Staley was professional and relatable.
