The property i am in right now was kept neat and clean, so didn't give me much work before moving. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by friendly people.
I was staying at the maryam hotel when they offered me option with apartment living. Since it was same price as the hotel but more spacious and provide lots of other benefits...I couldn't say no. There was a kitchen with pots and other stuff for cooking, saved me money of dining out. Subway station was just 3 min walk from the condo! Nice gym was definitely a plus but go there somewhere around 10-11am - there were less people at that time and I even enjoyed it alone a couple of times.
