I like Dr Adams, but the staff doesn’t seem properly informed or trained. It seems like they do the bare minimum. I had to file my own insurance with the lab bills, and after having to make a 3rd appt- it had to be rescheduled because the admin didn’t schedule it for the right kind of appt. I guess I’m supposed to know going in what kind of appt I’m supposed to have for the ongoing issues- but I expect the staff to ask the dr if they are not sure. After 4 trips to Walgreens and 2 phone calls to the doctors office to ask to send in my prescription and 2 days later, I will finally get my prescription. ☹️ Dr appt went great.
