I was referred to Dr Atia by a friend who raved about her care. I had a lot of trouble with my last GI doctors and have had no answers in 16 years. When I wanted to put a transfer of care in she denied it with no reason. She could have told me why she could not take this on, but instead told her staff to deny my case and leave me in the dark even more. Very unhappy with the communication and compassion for my health case.
Dr Atia is friendly and professional. She understands and explains how the GI interacts with other organs, is systematic, thorough and extremely knowledgeable.
I been Dr. Atia's patient for 4 years now. She is an outstanding professional. She listens and talk to you and answers your questions and concerns. Together we plan my care and I completely trust her.
Dr. Atia performed my endoscopy last year. I was terrified of having something put down my throat but she was very caring about my fear & made sure that The anesthesiologist and all the other nurses etc. knew that. The bottom line is I did not feel a thing. At follow up exams, she answers any questions you have and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend her.
I am so happy I found Dr Atia. I have never encounter a Doctor and Assistant more caring, well-mannered and helpful. She explained everything very easy and ensure that all my questions were answered. I trust her knowledge and I truly recomend her to anyone that is in need of her specialty.

Although it may take a little while to get an appointment, Dr.Atia is well worth the wait! She is smart, listens, and presents all of your options. I never feel rushed and always feel like she is willing to take the time to listen and answer any questions you have.
My visit was my first for such a procedure and Dr. Atia was above and beyond excellent. Would highly recommend her and her staff .
I was nervous i'm at my first colonoscopy. However, Dr. Atia was so nice & explained the process thoroughly. I've already referred her to three people!!
