When we received a LAB bill with a crazy amount, we were trying to figure out what was wrong. I called the insurance, and they said that no LAB work was submitted. I tried to ask Dr. Marx's office for a copy of the LAB work, NO BIG DEAL- patient file information, or so I thought. I was treated with the most disrespect by Dr. Marx. They dropped the ball! Been with Dr. Marx for about 15 years. Great doctor that's always addressed my needs or referred me to someone who could. Recommended.
Easy to get appointments. I always see his Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners who are terrific. Haven't seen him in years - which is just fine by me.
