I waited over 2 weeks to have my ac and heat service before winter. Paid 75 dollars for basically nothing I requested. I watched my cameras to see what the service tech was doing. For 16 mins the tech just opened the side panel of the ac unit and said a part was bad. He said he went into the crawl space and checked the heat exchanger but I have a camera at my crawl space door and never once did he go inside. 75 bucks for 16mins. Such a rip off for no work. Marx installed our Geothermal heating & air system in 2004 it’s still going strong & he’s always a phone call away for service , affordable , prompt & very professional !!!! We really are thankful for them !!!!
They came out the next day n fixed my ac unit reasonable price
