Marx is a great restaurant downtown Stillwater. Mark & Lydia are great assets to our community & we are lucky to have them! Great food - great people!
We tried MARX recently when we were spending the day in Stillwater for our anniversary. We had an amazing meal on the quaint patio out back (despite walking past the amazing bar inside we just had to sit outside since the day was stunning). We thought we knew just what to order after looking at the menu but then we were introduced to the specials....my husband tried the paella and I had a halibut with basil pesto. Both were fantastic! We will be back!!
As always.....the best cocktails, food & service is always top notch!! Thanks Christy for suggesting the filet & choosing the perfect glass of wine for our meal!!
Walked in yesterday knowing nothing about MARX. It was WONDERFUL! I'll go back any time that I'm in Stillwater!
We dined early on a very busy Saturday night. The service, drinks, and food-all excellent. It's a special-occasion destination that makes one want a special occasion regularly.
