I lived there for 7 yrs when I first moved in only the first up to the 3rd floor was fixed up. I was the only tenant on the 5th floor for about 3 years. Not sure who's managing it now but when I was there, parking was secure tge building was nice clean and safe. I left in October 2017 thats when I saw things going down because someone else purchased the building. Thats why I left.

This property and maintenance team doesn’t take care of its dumpster area ever. There’s always trash everywhere and illegally dumped furniture from residents. Please have some respect for your neighbors and keep the property cleaned up.
It's a really nice apartment building. As far as I'm concerned it's a real quiet one. I would say that it's worth the money
