I had a terrible experience today with Marvy Nails. Please note that this is not my first time here and had never faced an issue with them till now and thats why i kept coming back. I called them up yesterday evening to book an appointment for today evening. They charged me $50 for blocking the appointment (note: they NEVER mentioned that this amount is non-refundable if i cancel the appointment). If I could leave zero stars I would! My first time at this place was a great experience and I thought wow this is my nail spot! It went downhill fast after that. Firstly, they are always late. 2ndly, she has a dog that comes to the shop with her and it BIT ME. so if you decide to go, don't pet the damn dog. And thirdly and my FINAL STRAW.
