I had a terrible experience today with Marvy Nails. Please note that this is not my first time here and had never faced an issue with them till now and thats why i kept coming back. I called them up yesterday evening to book an appointment for today evening. They charged me $50 for blocking the appointment (note: they NEVER mentioned that this amount is non-refundable if i cancel the appointment).
