I called to confirm my appointment when the salon opened. The girl who answered told me a different time. Then they called me later to say it was my fault for not coming on time even though i called to confirm. They did not want to refund me my deposit even though their worker confirmed my appointment multiple times since even i was a little confused since it was much later than the time i thought. She even confirmed my service on the phone. Horrible costumer service.
Claudia is amazing. I highly recommend Marvy nails! They do amazing work!
I’ve been seeing Marvy since 2017 I haven’t had anything less than perfect nails and pedicures in 8 years she’s consistent and the other girls in her shop are just as sweet and professional as her!!
