Just had the pleasure of purchasing a used 2007 Toyota tundra from salesman Joel. Living in Florida, buying it sight unseen made it more challenging. Transportation was set up from Michigan to Ohio with out incident. Joel was a four-star experience and that he made the purchase, transport seamless. He built the buyer experience by attending go every detail. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to utilize this unique sales experience
We purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado with 125,000 miles on it and in the first few months of owning it, it need a new transmission, then a shackle only the rear and it went through 2 engines! We took it to a actual Chevy dealership in Grand Haven for the repairs! We purchased an warranty that cost over $2,000 with the purchase of the truck for added protection and the warranty this lots sells, they lack to explain to you it don’t cover diagnostics and labor, so in 6 months of only owning the vehicle we tapped out the allowabl... read more
I recommend the lot as far as the cars and trucks are concerned, what I don’t recommend is the warranty program they offer from GWC Warranty out of Pennsylvania, the warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. I was taken by this warranty when I needed repairs and because I did my own oil changes at home and did not keep receipts, they refused to honor the warranty. DO NOT BUY THE AFTERMARKET WARRANTY. I needed a mini van and was referred by a friend to deal with Matt at Marv’s. He was great, helpful and accommodating. Buying a car has never been this painless. It was actually fun.
I DO NOT recommend! Untrustworthy. I specifically explained I needed to have a vehicle that would tow my trailer and get me to my shows. I am a single mom and this is my livelihood. It overheated the first day, the electronics went haywire and stalled on my 3rd Drive. I’ve had it at 4 different repair shops, no one knows why it won’t work, I’ve had it for over 2 months and driven it less than 6 times. And they refuse to buy it back. My husband and I came here to check out a 2011 Honda van and he wouldn't take us inside to talk the guy told me to get a job ....like he don't know anything about me or my husband so we went to Elhart and got approved for a 2017 Nissan quest with no $ down RUDE!!!!!
