I'm very disappointed in this company. While our garage doors are beautiful we did pay thousands over the original quote when they came to measure the job in the first place. And that should have been a red flag but now it has been impossible and ridiculous experience trying to purchase a matching front door. I had Marvin's Garage Doors and Windows to install a garage door and custom vinyl siding windows for my home. I was impressed with the crew's knowledge and professionalism. When they left each day, I could not tell they had even been there. A security company came and installed alarms on each of my windows and was told that: 1) That was the cleanest windows they had ever seen (the way the windows were made). 2). This company was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. I called them and told them what was happening. They told me what they thought the issue was and sent out one of their technicians. And they were right. Gary Beals fixed it quickly and it is working better than ever. Would recommend them and would use them again if I need to.
I had a problem with one of my garage doors not closing completely on one side. Gary Beals came out and immediately saw the problem. He fixed it, did some preventative maintenance on the other door, and oiled both for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call Marvin's with any future garage door needs or issues.
My car broke down in Marvin's driveway at Wilkesboro, and their team was so nice and helpful. With the amazing hospitality, I can only imagine how great they treat their customers. I would definitely recommend them!
