The mechanics here are the best. Honest, fast, fair, great, they do what they say , and follow up. They want to make sure you are happy and so they are very honest with what is wrong with your car. I have taken both of my cars here for 10 years and have never been disappointed. You will not be disappointed if you go.
The power window in my Explorer quit working and the quote from the local dealership was $700+ to fix and it would be a week turnover. Came in to Marvin's Auto and everyone was very helpful and the work was done later that afternoon for less than half of what the dealership wanted. I'll be coming back.
This is just to let you know how much I appreciate the great service you provided me recently. We brought our car in with what we thought was an electrical problem. Come to find out it was a exhaust problem with the catalytic converter. On your own you checked with the Chevrolet dealership and found out it was still under warranty. Amazing work done. They done it like a charm without no mistakes. The customer service was excellent all the way. They helpful when I had 101 questions. They didn't get irritated at all. That's what you call devoted customer service.
