I've never had to have an attorney before so I had no idea what I was looking for when choosing one for my custody case. When I went to Marvin Fete's office I felt welcomed and that he genuinely wanted to help me. I didn't feel like a pay check or just "another case" and he spent 2 hours during my free consultation getting all the facts and going over everything with me, which was great. I went from being so scared to feeling confident with what's going on.

Many things fell through the cracks with him. He was more focused on being law director and running for judge to finishing my case. His secretary quit 1/2 way through my divorce. Refused to call me back after numerous phone calls and emails to have paperwork for my divorce finished. I had to hire another attorney to handle. After a few attempts to get my files he never responded so I have to pay more money to an attorney and court for his negligence. If I had to do it again I would not hire him if he was free!

Marvin is truly amazing at what he does . very professional and truly works hard to achieve satisfaction in the court room . We couldn't be happier with our desicion to choose Marvin as our family lawyer and in the future we will continue to choose him .

I couldn't be more pleased with Attorney Fete's professionalism and friendliness. I feel the same way about his staff, too. This comes from someone who was a secretary in a law office for thirty-three years.

Paid him $600 for him to go in to court and talk privately with Magistrate Reed and Brad Hillyer for 10 minutes just to walk out and say we don't have a case when he was sure we would win. Hillyer basically runs the show in T-county.
