So I've been ordering from the Park Ave Mozzeroni's for over a year. It has been the best food and the fastest delivery around. Lately the food has been less tasty and today we have waited two hours for the delivery and still no food. The place is like four blocks from our office. This is a travesty. Needless to say we will not be ordering from the Park Ave Mozzeroni's again.
7/17/2017 Great pizza but I can only give 4 stars since I ordered a pepperoni pizza and when I got home the pizza only contained cheese. A simple mistake in my opinion, I really like this place and will be a repeat customer.
I placed an order today at 4:25 online at the macedon location. I called the store at 5:00 because it wasn't giving me a wait time. She said the online system was messing up and the wait was gonna be another hour and 20 mins. So I waited until 6:30, still no pizza. So I called again and was told that they tried calling me twice because the ran outta dough. They never left any messages nor did I have any missed calls. I had to ask to be compensated. My boyfriend and I stopped by for the first time today at the macedon location. We have driven by so many times but never stopped. The biggest mistake was never stopping by! This is by far some of the best pizza we have ever had. And the customer service is phenomenal. And the prices are very reasonable for everything. We will definitely be returning and ordering from here in the future!!
So a friend of mine and I were driving back to Toronto from Palmyra last night and looking for a place to eat. It is after nine and every place we stopped was closed or their grill was off or they didn't take a credit card. So we keep heading west on an unknown road to us, and lo and behold, we came upon Mozzeroni's. And what a great it was! The staff is awesome. They knew me by name after the first time I ordered. Always great customer service and prompt delivery. Good food and good vibes.
Have been waiting two hours for one large pizza from the Macedon location. Will never be ordering from here again.
