My brother recommended Mozzeroni's to us when we moved back to New York State. I ordered earlier in the week, and only had a $20 bill for a tip. The delivery person didn't have change, so I gave him the $20. Today we ordered again, and the same delivery person delivered. He had $10 change for the tip from earlier in the week. I let him keep it and gave him an additional tip for his honesty. He deserved it. Your employees are great!
Worst experience ever! After waiting forever for the food the Mac salad tasted spoiled, the pizza was like cardboard! Never again! I try to give everyone benefit of the doubt but they could have cared less when I said something! Hire someone to put this place in check, whoever is in charge of food operations should be replaced!
Gonna give him a 1star for a HORRIBLE experience! We order alllll the time and usually have a decent experience. I have read many reviews of the owner Brian being rude but never saw it until tonight. 1st off, if you are a non smoker, then you do NOT want his wife delivering the food in her Chevy Cruze because she smokes in the car and that is all I smelled upon arrival! Great pizza and best wings in the county but they nickel and dime you for everything. They charge extra for bone-in wings, breaded, and they even charge you a fee to use your debit card. No other pizza shop in the county does this. C'mon people!! That is rediculous!
I just had the Best Fish Fry ever. The fish was fresh, as well as the fries. Not at all greasy. I’d give it a 5 ***** star.
Ordered 3 garbage plates from Henrietta store for delivery, was told $39.92. Order gets here and the receipt says $41.52. I called back and Scott answered I asked what it was about and he said there is a 4% upcharge on credit card orders. Good to know after I got my food delivered to me. What if that caused an overdraft? You paying for it? Scott was cool but this "not telling customers" about a hidden charge is not.
pink sauce is awesome, decent price. brick oven crispy crust.
