Did my car maintenance like two or three times there and everything had gone well until the final time; I was attempting to be cool with the guys and took them a six pack of sodas. Then when I get my car back I noticed they had gone thru my stuff that I had in my car which wasn't much. The worst part was that they took "stole" a dollar bill from 1968 " mom's birth year". & i was going to trust them with the health of my vehicle.
This was my 2nd attempt with this dealer. The first time I came staff from GMC took notice as asked if I'd been helped, which I hadn't. Today I was walking around the lot for a while, even got into a couple of vehicles. Not one person acknowledged that I was even there. I was the ONLY person in the sales lot. Finally I was over it and decided to leave. I shouldn't have had to run around and find someone to sell me a car. I was looking at cars right next to the showroom window. Nothing.
