I took my 2016 GMC Acadia in yesterday to service a check engine light. My car was nearing 100k miles so my dad and I decided to walk around the car lot to check out new cars. The dealership’s location isn’t great. Customer service was decent once someone finally helped, but I had to wait around for roughly 10 minutes before asking for assistance. First impressions matter, and this one could have been better.
