Brought my 2025 Escalade there for oil change and tire rotation. Alexander Razo was the advisor. Right after the rotation, my vehicle started to pull to the right and I had to constantly pull the steering wheel to the left. I contacted them and brought the vehicle back a few days later. This place has some of the worst service. Dropped off my car, they had it for 10 days, pick it up and they didn’t fix anything but claimed they did. On top of that, my kids car seats were in buckled and thrown on the floor. Their dirty shoe cover they used while in the vehicle was in the cup holder. Just zero respect for your vehicle here.
Bought a car from out of state, so wasn't a normal dealership interaction. I've done this many times, but this time was just a bad experience. Small item first: didn't get a full tank of gas, on a brand new Cadillac. Second, the car I bought, I had reserved before it even got off the delivery truck to their dealer.
