James always gives great service and quick response time. Highly recommended
James and Jeffrey were great. Brand new system installed. We had problems with the unit after the installation. James worked for over 5 months to correct the problem. When it seemed to be fixed, it failed again. He finally found out the problem. It was a bad unit. After he replaced the cooling coil, the issue was resolved. This is the first time he has received a defective unit from the manufacturer. James was tenacious in resolving this problem.
