Great service
Sonia from accounting couldn’t provide the correct information on my account. I was told I had a past due balance and a payment missed. However, she could not tell me which month or when this payment was missed. You can’t view any of this information on their website portal for answers. Horrible way of doing business.
These guys are horrible. They are rude, will get defensive if you ask a question about an expense item on the HOA’s financial reports and will do the bare minimum to help the community. Half the time you won’t get a response. Lastly, they only cater to the board members, not the residents.
