Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little

Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Dr. Dubin is the best dentist EVER!! First, the staff that work at the front desk and make appointments are extremely friendly and accommodating. They are always willing to help find a time that works best for you. The reception area is extremely comfortable and the women sitting at the desk are always in great moods and available to answer any questions one might have.
