Dr M Allen has helped me several times. 6 stents. He treated me as if i was the only patient he had. Made me feel like i was a top priority. Love the man. He also has a great team of Support. Murray
Staff was very friendly and straightforward. My only complaint is that I was referred to with incorrect pronouns in my visit report. I thought that my physical and verbal qualities alongside the preffered name and pronouns in my patient page would have been enough to signal my preffered pronouns. I wonder if instead the doctor did this out of internalized transphobia. He wasnt rude to me in person, but seeing that in the report made me a bit dissapointed.
Everyone was so nice and everything was explained all questions answered, and I was given options of what I wanted to do.
