Tie is very rough when he does nails ! He is also very rude to customers he needs to find a different job if he is so underpaid like he complains. I had to cancel my apt because of a family emergency I cancelled 4 hrs before my apt was scheduled he told me he would not give me another apt or reschedule. The owner Andy is a professional and very nice . Unfortunately hes left Tie to run this store and his buisness is suffering because of it . I paid for the most expensive pedi with an up charge due to the Covid so a total of $50 and with that I never got a foot or leg massage, no clay or lotion and my pedi was maybe 15 minutes long. My heals look awful and when I returned home I gave myself a better pedi to remove the old skin. When you try to explain what’s missing they act as if they don’t understand but they sure understand when they are selling you the most expensive package. I will not be returning! They are hungry for money but not giving quality service.
Always a friendly face to greet you at the door, great prices, and they always do an excellent job!
Mi is my technician and she’s the only one who takes the time to get the ingrown toe nails out. The whole place has been renovated to fit Covid-19 standards and they are doing a fine job
Didn’t clip nails when got pedicure , my feet are still rough and dirty really bad paint job.. already had to pay extra due to covid
very friendly guy who did my nails . usually there isn't much of a conversation in English. but this guy totally engaged
I love getting my nails done here! Always nice friendly people & service is always top notch! I'll be back!
