Avenue 5 took over the management of this building. They live up to the TV show.
A real nice apartment complex. However, I felt like I was in a hotel with so many units.. The view from the roof top patio was spectacular.
Bad management makes for bad neighbors. (Update, 2026, May 1) The building lost power at about 11pm last night, the generator started up and sounding its beeping alarm. Sleeping through the alarm was quite difficult and I gave up by 5am, that's when I noticed the power had been restored. The alarm is still sounding away at 930 am as I write this. The bare minimum they could do to be a decent neighbor would be to acknowledge and silence the alarm and then tape a wad of paper towels over the sounder to tame it's travel. ... 12... read more
Update to manager response: As I said, I will not be contacting you directly about any of this. Been there, done that. For many months I tried. Truly one of my worst living experiences. Want some honest advice? DO NOT MOVE HERE. This has been one of the worst living experiences I have had and we are thrilled to leave. This place is disgusting. The building smells at all times. Inside the halls and inside the units. You will smell other people's food, marijuana, and cigarettes inside your unit and in the halls most days. This... read more
