New management, a large investment firm owning thousands of units across the US, took over a few months ago and things have massively deteriorated. Maintenance takes WEEKS to respond to work orders, if they ever do at all. They seem to have only one maintenance staff member for over 200 units. Cleanliness has decreased across the building. Many "bonuses" you get no longer or barely work, like the barbecues on the roof. They now barely function. Read the reviews on other websites when looking for more accurate information. The Google reviews here are deceiving. Don’t let the cheap deposit fool you. The Conservice bill is super high even tho water usage is around $20 a month. Average is over $100 a month. Never paid utilities that high in my life. Rent is already high for how ridiculously small and dirty it is here. You pay a high amount for sewer and garbage. Prices in conservice raise without notice. Basically no water pressure. Extremely unprofessional and borderline criminal behavior by the management here. I paid an application fee and then $300 “admin” fee that I was told would be applied to first month rent or reimbursed if I didn’t get approved. So, I didn’t get approve on the initial screen and then I canceled my application. I was told I would get my $300 back. Instead of just putting it back on my card, they were going to “send me a check to avoid liability” I am moving from Detroit so I would’ve preferred to receive the check in person. Bu... read more
