Every time I order a meal from this restaurant through DoorDash, the packaging is unacceptable. My most recent order, my sushi was all over the place and the box was sticky and dirty. I I understand food getting moved around during transport, but the fact that my box was sticky and dirty is unacceptable. My food was in disarray and the box was so dirty. Couldn’t even eat it. The food is not that great and sushi is low quality
Maru Sushi is easily THE. BEST. SUSHI IN GRAND RAPIDS!!! I have tried almost every single sushi spot in GR and the surrounding areas and Maru has got to be the best I’ve tried! The service was amazing, the people around are happy to be here and the sushi was seriously outstanding!!!! Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for amazing sushi in Grand Rapids! Thanks to Ella our server she rocked it out of the park for us and was super attentive and sweet : ) 🍣
Absolutely delicious Sushi. We had fantastic service as well. Only note is that the edamame was a too salty but otherwise it was good.
