I took my 2019 beetle to the downtown Charleston one . They were so nice at first. So my fiancé took my car down there to get the tires change for the first time having. It the last year they made the beetle . And a special color. They put it on the wrong lift and put dents in my rocker panels. And fear there might be possible floor damage done. My sister-in-law took her Mazda truck to have a state inspection it fail due to your shocks and rear wheel cylinders leaking. I knew the shocks were bad. They broke a brake line changing wheel cylinders. They replace the brake line free of charge. They did a great job fixing her truck And the price was very reasonable
Just picked up my car that was there for an inspection. Now have 2 nice sized dents on my hood. Of course they no know nothing about it. I had just washed and detailed my car it was only parked in my driveway nose first. Only took there and left for about 2 hours. Came home with the damage. Calls them to ask what happened and John at the counter was not concerned at all about it. Not his problem!! I came here a week ago being referred by another Marty's Tire store because they think my head gasket was almost done. Turns out they were right and John confirmed it all for me. He explained it all and is giving the best price around. He has been super helpful in explaining the process and what could go wrong and how a rarity it is for the car (10 years and less than 90K miles).
