Great service. Any issue I have it is explained to me clearly and i am not spoken to like a child.
Extremely disappointed with the service at Martys. I took my 2021 Ford Escape to them because the Check Engine light was on, causing rough idling and engine vibration. They kept my car for 3 whole days, and during this time, they completely failed to diagnose the actual issue. Instead, they did a basic routine service and charged me $400 without fixing the core engine problem.
