Our AC service tech told us our AC had to be replaced. I called Marty’s for a second opinion. John the tech came out. He carefully inspected our unit. We avoided a $14k AC replacement. John said our unit was just fine. Lesson learned? Work with Marty’s! These types of companies are unfortunately rare.
John was very professional. He could have sold me a new unit. But he cleaned mine checked the pressures. And now it's working like new and it's 20 years old. I would recommend them to anybody. The other companies just want to sell you new equipment. I will call them again if I ever need service. Thanks again

My service technician John, was very friendly and prompt. He would not give up on getting my old system back up and running. Straight forward and honest with my questions and explained why. Would recommend and will use for my new system.
The technician John is a very experienced and friendly person. However, a 70% increase for the service charge compared to last year's was a shocker. And this company has priced themselves out of contention for the next service. It's a shame I really trusted them. Sorry to see that Marty's has been closed since Ian. I just had another tune-up and had to realize that last year's service was actually within reason, as the freon cost was the reason for the increase of the last service. Back at maximum stars. I wish them the best... read more
