Marty makes the process easy to understand as a first time home buyer. The pickings are sliiiim out here and we’ve looked at so many places which were promising on Zillow but sadly duds in person - but he never lost steam! There have been times during the process where I was ready to give up, and probably would have if we had any other realtor. Marty went far above and beyond consistently for us. The deal we ended up closing on was not simple and the sellers made everything more complicated.
