Marty is an amazing realtor and person. He will explain the whole process and we learned so much about home selling and buying through this experience. He will support you the whole way through and do whatever you need to take stress off what is normally a super stressful process. You will not find a more trustworthy realtor to help you with buying/selling your homes.
Marty was an absolute saving grace throughout the entire process- he fights for what you want, and helps with everything you could ever need. He also takes the time to explain everything to you in detail, and never pushes you into something you don’t want. He truly cares about his clients and helps them achieve exactly what they want. Marty makes the process easy to understand as a first time home buyer. The pickings are sliiiim out here and we’ve looked at so many places which were promising on Zillow but sadly duds in person - but he never lost steam! There have been times during the process where I was ready to give up, and probably would have if we had any other realtor.
