The customer service is excellent. They treat their customers as if they were first priority. They are always friendly and eager to help and explain. Joe is the person that I usually deal with although all of the staff are very knowledgeable. I had a million and one questions and he answered them all and was happy to do so. I called every day and sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. He also contacted my insurance company for me and saw to it that the parts I needed were covered which is something I did not know.
