Definitely take your car hear if you love terrible service. The two experiences I've had here were the worst. Being charged over 200$ for a new key (claimed it took 1 hour of shop time). The other was taking my jeep for recall work. Dropped off car a full day ahead of scheduled work only to have to call the dealer myself to check status. Avoided telling my car was ready by listing all of the things wrong with my vehicle. I found out the hard way what time they close and no pick up service on Saturday. Sucks! Poor customer service!! 07 Recall on my 2012 Dodge charger- takes several hours to repair but can't offer rental assistance! Was told "Chrysler recalled your car, not us!" Poor, poor, poor service!!!!

Me and my husband went up to Marty's to trade in my 95 corsica. We really didn't know what to expect. We were greeted immediately by Montrell Powell as we walk to the door. We knew what car we liked and wanted. Montrell was very knowledgeable about the car and made the process easy. Montrell is a very nice young man and he is an asset to the company. Rip off. Placed an unwanted warranty on my car without knowledge. They had to re contract 2 days later to cover their business. Then found out that they put you in a finance company for Chrysler. Got a call today that I was approved for a lower interest rate and payment from a different finance company for my purchase but they never told me that. Switched my contract. Trust me, they scam people. To drive the point, I'm a Chrysler Employee.

The Dodge dart was a great drive with awsome features. My salesperson EZ was the best, very knowledgeable, and able to offer the best advice; even if it did not conclude to a Doge or Chrysler vehice :)

I just purchased my Chryler 300C and man did Mike, Rollin, and Ezechi at Marty Cancila dealership show me a great time. I'm a repeat customer and they took better care of me than the first time I purchanced my first 300.. To say I'm happy would be an understatement. The real killing thing is I was so happy I'm looking at bringing my wife's Jeep back up with me. Thanks guys It has been good dealing with you all, by the way I still remember Sam Harris and his great smile.

Me and my husband went to Marty Cancila expecting to be turned down, the person who opened up the door and greeted us was E.Z., he was very respectful and with our credit he fought hard to put me in my new 2011 chrysler 200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are looking for a car talk to E.ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MARTY CANCILA IS DOING A WONDERFUL JOB! THERE WAS NO WAIT WHEN I GOT THERE, SERVICE TEAM IS VERY THOROUGH AND INFORMATIVE. ASSOCIATE DOUG HENDERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGABLE OF SERVICES AND GAVE VERY GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS...I DEFINITELY WILL RETURN FOR SERVICES.
