I had my truck towed here because the fuel pump went out. It took them 3 days to look at it. It took 16 days for the part to come in and them to install the part. Once installed I had to wait another day because a fuel line was missing the retaining clip and leaking fuel. After I paid and went to drive away the truck after 20 business days of waiting, the engine cover was sitting in the backseat. Horrible service and poor communication. I would not recommend this company. I was promised my vehicle would be completed in a timely manner, but it wasn’t. I also wasn’t given a price until after my vehicle was already at the shop, which left me feeling like I had no choice but to pay. I was told the price changed because my vehicle was a Ford instead of a Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep, even though I provided the VIN number and exact vehicle information beforehand, and they confirmed they could perform the work.
