I love the whole staff over there.I'm old enough to be Dr.Favero's mother and I know his mom Bonnie.He, Will, Lorraina, Barbara, Lydia and the other staff members take good care of me. I have to say I was happier wrhen. they were on fairy st. Things were more homey and comfortable, but the new place is growing on me. Good job....
Brook Nelson takes her time, listens to you and makes you feel like she cares about you, not just another patient to mark off the schedule. Office staff and nurses are great! Highly recommend Martinsville Family Medicine.
Due to a lot of paperwork I have and need completing by Martinsville Family Medicine, I really appreciate the young lady there who takes care of it and faxes it to the proper place. Many of you who are like me when it comes to paperwork it's frustrating and to have your paperwork miss handle or not done at all make a difference. Now that the change has been made I really do appreciate all the help you give me. Thanks again for the great job and now it's a pleasure once again.
