The clinicians are very kind and perfectly adequate for simple things. Take complex problems to a big city practice like Duke. I had test results disappear off my patient portal and the office staff refused to help me restore them. I later learned, at Duke, that the results of the ultrasound that disappeared from the patient portal were very incorrect. Looks to me like they had something to hide.
