Always an excellent experience. The doctor is incredibly kind and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. It is clear they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. Overall, a truly outstanding job—I highly recommend them.
I had a fantastic experience at Martinsburg Family Eye Care! Mark assisted me and was an absolute lifesaver. I was having a hard time finding frames that suited my face, but he was incredibly patient, offered great recommendations, and helped me make the perfect final choice. Highly recommend!

Came from bunker hill to pick up my glasses because the answering machine says they are open till 7.. I got there around 515 and they were not in office but the cleaning crew was. Very irritating
All I did was call about getting my daughter in as a new patient and the woman receptionist who I spoke to was extremely rude. Speaking to me like I was a child and could not comprehend a simple question.
