Love the Doctor, staff is friendly and professional. I'm not going back. When I spend 50 minutes waiting to be seen, I leave. The Doc expects payment for his time. I require respect for my time. I spent my alloted waiting time in the military. No more.
It has been 4 months of me waiting to get a call from them about my contacts coming in and making a follow up appointment. I called asking at month 2 and no one could give me a clear answer, with the main receptionist talking to me like I'm 5. Not even a courtesy call to let me know the contacts are delayed or anything. It already took 6 months just to get in for an appointment the first time. Will not be returning to this office. All year dealing with a simple eye doctors visit is insane.
Always an excellent experience. The doctor is incredibly kind and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. It is clear they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. Overall, a truly outstanding job—I highly recommend them.
I had a fantastic experience at Martinsburg Family Eye Care! Mark assisted me and was an absolute lifesaver. I was having a hard time finding frames that suited my face, but he was incredibly patient, offered great recommendations, and helped me make the perfect final choice. Highly recommend!
