Came from bunker hill to pick up my glasses because the answering machine says they are open till 7.. I got there around 515 and they were not in office but the cleaning crew was. Very irritating
All I did was call about getting my daughter in as a new patient and the woman receptionist who I spoke to was extremely rude. Speaking to me like I was a child and could not comprehend a simple question.
This Doctor was able to use all of his tech and expertise to diagnose a serious Neurological disease I had after only one visit. I had seen dozens of Doctors spanning 15 years. His attention to detail is unmatched. The staff there are perfection! His Character and Kindness I haven't experienced with any other eye doctor. Dr.Troy is a person of excellence I cant put into words how incredibly Blessed I feel to have found Martinsburg Family Eye Care!
They do not answer calls. Even their call center says they are in the office. I have tried multiple times to get someone to answer a question about my prescription. I have been emailing and calling for way over a month. I have now contacted my insurance company for another doctor in the area and will be going somewhere else.
Dr Troy is GREAT great exams HOWEVER THE PERSON WHO IS THE RECEPTIONIST IS THE “ WORST “ RUDE SOUNDS LIKE SHE DOES NOT CARE. WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU WHEN TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I really do not want to change Drs BUT looks like I may need to. My wife was also treated the same with this receptionist
